I had a very disappointing leasing experience. BEFORE SIGNING THE LEASE, I was told that a discount would apply, BUT AFTER SINGING, the discount was not reflected as promised. I contacted the office about this issue, but I do not feel it was handled honestly or professionally. Based on my experience, I no longer trust this apartment complex and would not recommend it to future residents.
The leasing office doesn’t pick up calls, and It’s incredibly difficult to get a hold of anyone there! They also don’t provide accurate information
Great place for biking and/or running
What a nightmare of an apartment complex. I have a family member that lives here and at a quick glance it looks like a clean place but take a closer look and you see that any shared space’s isn’t being kept clean. This keeps me from utilizing all the amenities. Furthermore the apartments were partially built upon an ancient Druid sight where they sang prayers to their god Dagda tens of thousands of years ago and every fall solstice their songs fills the night air keeping everyone up. Zoe was very flexible in showing me around the building complex as a walk-in. She did a good job explaining and showing us the model unit we would live in!
