Ultimately, a poor experience living here for 3 years. Location is the only positive of this place. The property went downhill after my first year. Amenities were not kept up with well and the apartment grounds were often dirty. Considering the sizable, yearly rent increases - you’d think they would manage this property better. Poor service for a company that charges a premium for an apartment.
luis and jaime from the maintenance crew at 8085 went above and beyond & took care of our appliances that didn't have power because of the recent storms!

I've resided at Lake Walk for a year and have to say the Jose and Payton do an amzing job in the office whenever I need their help. I can always count on them to follow through with requests in the most professional manner. I can always count on Dustin and Justin to take care of maintenance requests. Dustin has taken care of all of our maintenance reqests as soon as possible. These guys are the best!
