Towed twice. First night moved in my vehicle was towed. New digital camera/ parking system didn’t recognized my vehicle. I transposed my license plate by one digit and my vehicle was towed. Although, make model and Color was registered because my license plate had one digit transposed my vehicle was towed. Fast forward six weeks. Not a great experience. I moved out in June and have only recently received an email regarding my refund, which I was told will not be mailed for another three months. The move-out process was extremely frustrating due to the lack of communication from management. When we attempted to contact them, our calls and emails were frequently ignored or went unanswered. Hannah and Zoe were the best on getting moved in! From a distance and outside 8085 Lakewood Traditions looks nice but if you get a little closer the whole complex needs new paint job a lot of renovation on the outside and inside the grass is yellow and dirt most of the places the unit I was promised wasnt ready to move in. So I WAS moved to another unit and that one still had a few issues cracked window chipped cabinet boards sink was not working refrigerator and no ice maker! Out of 3 complexes this one doesn't get the atte... read more

On our original move-in day, we drove three hours with loaded vehicles, had a U-Haul reserved, and had arranged for our storage unit to be canceled that same day. Then we were told we had been ... read more
I moved from Dallas here to these apartments and I have been very happy with my experience so far! To start, Hannah, a leasing manager, was vey kind and helpful. I also love the variety of layouts offered, and found one that was the perfect fit for my husband and I! Seeing my unit in person on move in day, I was so relieved and happy because just how lovely it was! It was clear it had been cleaned before moving in. My only complaints with our place are as follows: 1. On move in day, we had been driving with our cat for a whi... read more
