Sharing my own experience, Visited my sister many times in the past to help her move in, not once have I ever had a parking issue while visiting during the day. Until today to have my car immediately towed within 30 minutes of visiting. Would totally understand if I overstayed, parked in an assigned parking spot, or parked in a handicap, parking spot or in the fire zones. I lived here in 2022 and expected the same experience this time around (which would have probably been 4 stars). I'll start this off by saying that the nice things about this place are: the units themselves, the gym, and the mail room. The bad: We applied for the largest 2-bedroom unit and, after being approved, we were told that we had been placed in the smallest one, which was not even comparable to the one we had applied to. Love it here :) love the 3 different gyms and well kept property
I have lived at 8175 for about 2 months now and I am contemplating paying out my lease. The apartments are gorgeous and maintenance is fantastic, that is all that is good about the property really. Even though they are pretty, the buildings were poorly constructed. I live on the second floor and have a family above me. I hear every footstep they take all day, all night, even with the tv and music on. It sometimes even shakes the apartment.
