The management team works really slowly. One printer was out for almost 2 months and the EV chargers were out for more than 1 year
They advertise that its a gated community but they leave the gates open 24/7 so it doesnt make a difference. Been robbed twice living here in 1 year

Fix your EV charging station ASAP! It didn’t work for more than one year!
maintenance and manager team are suck, all of them are irresponsible people. The EV charger station doesn’t work for one and half years, even though tons of residents complained about it. The office said they also don’t know how to handle it for us and asked me to contact their manager via email. Of course u never gonna have response. Don’t live this place!
