Awful place to live. We signed a year lease and only last 7 months. The apartment was constantly flooded and management did not care. Our packages got stolen a handful of times also. Beware!
Maintenance is never on time rent is super high unprofessional service
Great place to live. Close to Whole Foods, Wallgreens, Trader's Joe which fulfills your grocery and medicine needs. Walking distance from Central T Station and T bus stop is just outside the complex. Best view of Chales and HBS, and the list goes on...!!
BEWARNED: This is the worst property management, do not be scammed by them and save yourself the agony of dealing with an incompetent and neglectful management team. If I could give a 0 star I would but more importantly, read my story below. Maintenance barges into your property without notice of what day they are coming in to fix things, I ask them to let me know in the future, and the property management keeps just sending the maintenance into the unit without permission.
