I called the night before July 4th - and I didn't expect anyone to call me back!! But Danny called me and walked me through my issue and fixed it!! I thought we'd be stuck on a holiday weekend without hot water, and Danny helped me resolve the issue without charging me on the phone since it was a simple reset. I am so grateful for his help and I'll definitely be giving this place all my money in the future! I wish them nothing but success because they are so helpful.
