Wow did he make a bundle off of us. $3000 every time he walked into court and never asked what my husband (at the time) wanted him to. delay, delay. Finally we went to court without him and the judge agreed to our request for a case transfer since neither party lived in the county of Ventura. Oh, did I mention that he agreed to take payments and stop the interest and then went back on that. Nope the interest never allowed us to pay it off, finally we had to stop paying and the court ordered payments, with no interest. Geeze ... read more
