They stopped contacting me and I never got my old phone back. Seems like pretty bad business to do that to someone. Won’t ever bring a phone there again. Not trustworthy

I can't say this is bad review but a confused review. I really had high hopes and 802Mobile started out great. I contacted them to get a broken iphone screen replaced and got a really quick and courteous response. by phone. I then got an email with my order number and a promise to set up a time to come by to repair the phone. The quote was a bit high at $200, but I was desperate and willing to pay for the convenience of a house call. Then I heard nothing. I highly recommend 802 Mobil. I was in and out within 15 minutes with a brand new screen and battery! The shop was clean and Alex was extremely friendly, we chatted as he worked! I will be telling everyone I know to use them!
