My husband and I signed with 800-New Look the same day that Steve Ingalls came out to give us a quote on a new roof. Steve was very honest and took the time to explain everything to us. We have a two story with a steep roof and Steve's guys finished the entire roof in just one day. Steve helped me pick the tiles and he was right on, they were beautiful. Job is completed on 8/3 as promised. Crew arrived at 8am and had 3 layers of shingles off and everything done by 2:30pm. They did a great job and were really careful about keeping area neat and safe. Crew was very professional and a pleasure to have around. They addressed all questions and concerns promptly and completely. We were very satisfied overall and would not hestitate to use them again and would definitely recommend them to friends and neighbors

was satisfiied with the work that was done. The crew arrived on time and began their work. The supervisor Ray expained what they were going to do and how. I discussed the problem that I had had with my roof and Ray took the time to explain how there process of laying the roof was going to prevent the problem in the future. They completed the job in one day as promised.
