Created in a Neapolitan style; our pizzas are made with Italian Caputo pizzeria "00" flour; hand stretched to roughly 11", topped with fresh ingredients, and made to order with no preservatives! Baked in our wood burning oven--which we imported in from Tuscany--at roughly 800 degrees; our pizzas bake directly on the deck of the oven.
