I recently moved into 800 Carlyle and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff (Djene, Megnot and Jonathan) have been nothing short of amazing—professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They even went above and beyond by opening the apartment for my moving company while I was still out of state, which made the entire transition so much smoother. I truly appreciate their support and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
The staff was helpful with my move in. Jonathon was especially helpful to me. He was helful with my packages. Geat apartment community!
Ben, Augustine, and Lawrence are fantastic on the maintenance team. Response, communicative, and return to ensure fixes are working.
(March 2025) current PM is better than the previous (who set the lowest of bars), however there appears to be a current breach of contract by Kettler that its PM will not meaningfully or substantively resolve, other than vague email(s). I’ll post more details soon (and further adjust rating). (May23, 2024) Lloyd (the Kettler manager prior to PM) returned for ~ one week to replace the PM with someone else. I’ve lived in this building for almost two years, and unfortunately, my experience has gone downhill recently. The elevators are frequently out of order, and I’ve had ongoing issues with appliances since day one. More recently, I also had to deal with water leaks/flooding from a unit above mine. On a positive note, the maintenance team here is fantastic—they are always responsive and quick to fix any issues. Another concerning problem is the rise in package thefts.
