(May 2025) In defense of Djene, she and Eddy took meaningful time to discuss with me my concerns regarding my current renewal contract. This place was 5 stars ~2016-2022, went bad ~2023, and seems to be improving or trending back up. This is an extremely unsafe and gross complex. AVOID if you are a single female This office provides incentives for good reviews, so take them with a grain of salt. Kettler has hundreds of reviews and only 2 stars. Lets dive in with the most egregious issues here at the complex. •We have had an attempted kidnapping, a hostage situation, an alleged bust of a drug/gun/prostitution ring, continuous vehicle break ins and more. (May 2025) BEWARE. PM Djene had changed the locks on all the apartments, so that the 2 fobs to my 2br/2ba unit became useless. The 1 fob for the bldg/garage became the fob for the unit. To get a second fob for the unit, it seemed that Djene has wanted to charge money for it (e.g. sneakily on my renewal). I’m waiting to see if her boss or the owners of the property will be honorable and honest.
