(July 17, 2025) cannot sleep; building fire-alarm blaring for ~25 mins. at 2:20AM. Then 5 minutes of silence, and again it blares at 2:50AM! Fire alarm goes off 8-12 times per year imo; no compensation for the noise nuisances from management. Just boilerplate emails to follow. Look closely at the gym, and see it is NOT “state of the art”; but then pay $500 annually as a fee for amenities. (May 2025) In defense of Djene, she and Eddy took meaningful time to discuss with me my concerns regarding my current renewal contract. This place was 5 stars ~2016-2022, went bad ~2023, and seems to be improving or trending back up. (March 2025) current PM (Djene) is better than the previous (who set the lowest of bars), but rather than provide clarity or explanation for action(s), she will repeatedly say, “It is our policy to” do or not do the action; super frustrating!
