This was a fantastic place to live pre 2022, the maintenance team is still great and responsive. There are alot of Airbnbs (minimum 7-15) units that are run as property management sanctioned Airbnbs (they will deny this you can see for yourself in the app). Airbnbs in the building are a serious safety risk to residents, crime including package theft is quite common. The trespass towing agreement Kettler has with A1 towing is also predatory and dangerous, they speed through the property at odd hours and tow anything they can.
Lived here > 4 years. Our office manager and the staff have made this place a lovely place to live. They address issues promptly, create community events, and are simply lovely.
(Feb3, 2026) Dimitri, since last month, is the new property manager. In my first interaction today, he seems chill, competent and reasonable as I introduced myself and paid rent. Hoping for style of management from pre-2023! Upgrading my rating, with hopes to keep doing so. You can’t smoke outside? But there’s no posted signage to that effect? And the area is WIDE OPEN to anyone passing by, including the general public??? Not a gated community and no private property signs. Not sure how you can legally enforce that. Anyone could have a seat. Legally. Including folks from the bar right across the street.
