Horrible place...they steal mail and packages, the elevators never work so you have to use the stairs regularly, the maintenance guy is always staring in a weird way and the hallways are dirty and smell like urine. The lighting in the hallway is out regularly and the ceilings in the hallways look like they're about to fall off. Carpets are dirty and there's bed bugs and cockroaches.

Great staff, some of them don’t speak English but always had a smile. My place was really clean with new cabinets and carpets when I first went in. Called to get whatever fixed and they were timely about it! But the neighbors…. The neighbors is what had me want to move out sooner. A lady in my floor was always…Intoxicated… banging on people’s doors, causing so much trouble and has had the cops called on her at least 5 times with no repercussions.
