First and foremost their customer service is subpar. We ordered two stands to be manufactured to hold heavy aquariums and gave them the specifics they designed the stand and sent one of their representatives from NEFF automation to put it together for us. When they both failed we were first told it failed because the representative used the wrong hardware to put it together. I found the customer service very disappointing. I have ordered online more than 900$ of aluminum but I wrongly selected self pickup as delivery method. I live in California so it’s impossible for me coming to Indiana to pickup the package so I have kindly written an email to the customer service on Thursday, after they told me my package was ready, to have a quotation and they opened a case.
