I called to set up appointments for my self and my children. The first thing I asked was if they accepted our medicade plans. Instead of telling me they don’t , she let me to believe they worked with my insurance and took all our information setting us up for appointments under their “in house insurance” trying to charge me $59 per persons visit. What can I say this place is amazing Dorthy was great the doctors where great clean respectful explain everything there assistants are great also the front office people are also great this is my dentist moving forward.
Great experience with the staff. Very intentional and informative. They took great care of my dental needs and performed the procedure needed with precision and professionalism. I would highly recommend Family Dental care to anyone.
