Not a great experience. 1. Made an appointment days in advance but was made to wait 30mins past my booking time so that they could accommodate a clients friend who (to my understanding) did not have a booking. 2. No greeting at all. I definitely wouldn't expect this at a home salon. 3. The nail tech is getting her husband to do nails too he is just alright. This is my new nails shop to pampered. I have my manicure and pedicure done here first time. The shop is very hygienic, so clean, friendly staff, my nails look great and the products that they use for pedicure is exceptional. Location is also convenient just 2 minutes away from Craigieburn Village Shopping Centre; 8 minutes from Craigieburn Central. Amazing nail salon! I got an acrylic set done and it came out flawless, the nail tech takes her time perfecting your nails and makes sure you’re happy. Super clean, friendly staff, and relaxing vibe. Highly recommend!
