I had a photo of what I wanted. The nails are nothing like the photo. The colors are off, the design is off, I feel like the shape is off. The nail tech was filing my nails for so long, cut my finger with the file, theres still a lot of excess acrylic, and the shape doesn’t align with my natural nails (it isnt gradual going off my nails, there’s a harsh step). I had a great experience. I got a pedicure and fill. I went on wanting some kind of pride nails that were different and classy. I think he definitely pulled it off. He gave some ideas of what he thought would look best on my hand and we went with it. I’m very happy. This was my second time at this shop. I will be rebooking.
I do not recommend this Spa, the customer service is non existent. I had a spa pedicure with gel nails in December 2025. Once I returned home, the gel polish peeled off after 3 weeks. Normally, gel polish on toes grows out and should never peel off. When I returned to this location in April, I explained to David what happened assuming that they would cover the gel polish. Best Mani & pedi I’ve had in Years! Best in AZ for sure! A gentleman named Tom did my nails and my pedicure. He was amazing. He was meticulous with my cuticles!!He did an amazing job. I haven’t been able to find a good nail salon in Arizona and I’m so happy. I decided to come here. I will definitely be coming back in two weeks. Thank you for making me want to do my nails again Tom.
This place is Awesome Lee did an amazing job fixing both my feet and nails that another shop messed up on. She was so thoughtful and meticulous and made sure I was happy. I’ve had other services here with Jessie and she is amazing as well. Would highly recommend this nail shop to anyone. All of the techs here are great, if you’re looking for a nail salon. Go here you won’t regret it!
