Dave was amazing! He is a wealth of knowledge. He spent a lot of time going around the entire exterior of the house pointing out things, explaining things, and making some recommendations about fixing them or maintaining them. He did the same throughout the entire interior of the house. He was super thorough with everything. It took a few hours to go through everything but I'm glad for every single thing he pointed out and explained to us.
