I've lived here for the past year and genuinely had an amazing experience. The staff—Brian, Mario, and Shinika—have all been incredibly kind and make 8 E Huron feel like home. The maintenance team has been prompt and helpful. My room is perfect—spacious, lots of light, and soundproof. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, and the gym/yoga room are solid. This apartment shows and tours the Unit before lease end. I think this is important information that future applicants should know that they may experience this for two months after notice to vacate. I visited many luxury apartments around this area but none of them shows Units until tenants move out. Also my Unit walls and floors are uneven. + Lastly, leasing team members which are Stephanie and Lynsey, are not trustworthy and Stephanie seemed she does not know what is professional and appropriate manner to resident in pers... read more
I loved living at 8 East for two years. Highly recommend!
We absolutely loved living at 8 East Huron. The property manager and the whole staff is amazing and so helpful. I have never seen this high quality of amenities anywhere else in my 10+ years of living in Downtown Chicago. The location is close to lots of great restaurants, museums and shopping. Highly recommend living in this beautiful building.
Wonderful place to live, visit and have the best time EVER!!
