Rob and the crew made sure I was squared away! I had 3 brands of tires that I was looking into and they gave me their best advice and we decided which tires suited my riding style. I went Metzeler Rodtec 02 and after riding home, the difference is night and day. Tires felt light to turn (while being careful breaking them in) and very quiet as well. Had to be towed in, no appointment and immediately dropped what they were doing and had me sorted and out the door in an hour. Couldn't recommend this team enough!
Customer service is a priority at 8 Ball. When I arrived (10-15 minutes early as requested when I scheduled the appointment) I was actually greeted at my vehicle with offer to carry my wheel & tire in for me. The scheduled service was Single Wheel (off bike). The old tire was being replaced with a tire I purchased from another vendor online.
