We have been unable to use our accommodation credit as there are never any dates available. In addition, there has been no way to contact these people. Would love to hear from you!
The hotel is at a good location. Shame that the owners/management are poor. Would not recommend to anyone. They asked for a $300 bond which was not refunded and will make excuses to why they can’t refund it. Overall horrible experience.
Worst service we have ever received. We attempted to cancel our stay 2 weeks prior to our booking due to covid-19. No refund or credit. Owner extremely and no one was willing to help or discuss options. Would never recommended.
