We had 7x7 come do a roof inspection for a leak. They were the 3rd contractor to come by and inspect the leak. From the start they stood out as the most professional, honest, and were meticulous in studying the roof. They explained the current state of the roof, short term fixes, potential safety concerns and provided detailed report for all. We will for sure be using them going forward for any of our roofing needs.
Everything sounded good at first — quick replies and a fair quote. Once they got paid, it was a completely different story. The work stopped halfway, and I couldn’t get anyone to answer my calls. They do not stand by their word or their work
The work quality was terrible and communication was even worse. They didn’t finish the job, left a mess around my property, and ignored my messages afterward. I expected professional service but got excuses and silence. Definitely not reliable
This roofing contractor is not reliable. They made big promises during the estimate, took payment, and then didn’t follow through. I waited weeks for them to return but nothing happened. No updates, no refund, no finished roof. I feel cheated and want to warn others.
They where quick and very easy to schedule appointment .They worked around our work schedule. They where very educated on insurance claims. Very helpful and had alot of information about roofing shingles. Will use them again. They are hard working and honest and my new roof is beautiful couldn’t have asked for better company to come do my roof I’m very happy with the service I received!
