Just want to let you know I am also having problems with this company. Water and mice damaged my things. I had to move my things from one unit to the next. I had just myself and my bf to carry my things to the other units. No help from the company. Please turn them in to the BBB which is Better Business Bureau. All they care about is money and not thier customer
Constantly leaves gate open when you're supposed to put in a code to open the gate. I pulled up to get into my storage unit and the gate was already open and I found that my lock had been cut and I had been stolen from.
I am not only witnessed mine in the persons next to me storage unit be robbed completely empty took everything from us, but my buddy also had a unit there prior and it also was broken into this is the worst place you can get a storage at I recommend definitely not to go here they are not fully secured like they promised they are they need to be shut down
Do not get a unit from this place. The owners don't fix anything, my unit is broken and they refuse to fix it or give me another unit. I'm paid until the end of the month and they're making me get all my stuff out ASAP and refuse to give me the new access code to get into the gate. And they tried to take money for the following month after kicking me out.
