Update: I wanted to come back and update this review. Julie has been phenomenal in addressing my dissatisfaction with the parking spot being unavailable to us and even credited us for our parking spot which she absolutely did not have to do. It just shows how as I mentioned in my original post, she goes the extra mile. Again, I just wish this same passion for residents trickled down to the leasing office staff who are supposed to support us day-to-day. Massive communications failures on several accounts that I've patiently been trying to get resolved for 8 months. To date, Julie said she put in an it ticket but I've received no updates. As a result, I've been exclusively excluded from all important text and email notifications. On top of the general comms they failed to resolve, they fail to respond to fees that contain gibberish characters. I had asked on Feb 1 if anything else was needed from me. I was told no. Yucky
7 Seventy is not a safe complex. I am a resident here and future tenants need to be aware of ongoing safety and security issues at the property. Just from March to May 2026 there have been 3 major crime incidents with documented police reports (and from residents I have heard many more minor incidents). Every month a string of vehicle burglarys, and wheel thefts occur. 7 Seventy Apartments takes the stance that it is solely the residents fault despite being wholly aware of the lack of security that allows these crimes to occ... read more
I don’t typically write reviews, but after an experience I had with the leasing office staff today, I felt compelled to come here and write this review. First of all, SevenSeventy used to be a wonderful apartment complex, it still is for the most part, but there has been an increase in crime in the complex (no break-ins into the actual apartment homes, but vehicle thefts, etc - things that are standard I feel like in a Houston apartment homes).
