These apartments are very cozy and clean, and we have really enjoyed living here for almost two years. However, over the past month, wheels have been stolen from around five cars in the community. This is very concerning and highlights serious issues with the security here. Unfortunately, we have not seen any clear action or communication from management to address this problem, which is disappointing.
I’ve been living in this community for 5 years, and I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve felt treated this poorly by management. I was charged $55/month for an internet service through Xfinity that I never activated, never used, and never even received equipment for (Since June 2025). When I reached out to the leasing office to explain the situation and request a resolution, the response was essentially “it’s you fault” with zero effort to actually help or understand the issue.
