UPDATE — September 2026 happy to update my review after seeing a significant improvement over the past several months. Earlier, we were very concerned about the safety of the parking area because there were repeated incidents of stolen wheels. This property is really nice and up-kept. I absolutely love the transparency and friendliness we received from Pria!
Living in these apartments has become horrible and unbearable. If you need peace and a safe place to live, these apartments are not for you. The peace and quiet here is regularly disturbed by residents, especially in the pool area, which makes it impossible to sleep peacefully even with the windows closed. And this is despite the fact that the doors to the pool area are supposedly locked after 10 PM and there is supposedly a security guard. I had such a great experience touring with Pria! She was very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable throughout the entire tour. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable without ever making me feel pressured. She did a great job showing me around and explaining everything about the community. Pria was definitely one of the best leasing consultants I’ve toured with, and I would highly recommend working with her!
