Winnie was fantastic from start to finish. She let us move some larger items into our apartment before our lease started which made our main move so much easier. All maintenance requests were handled quickly and our deposit was returned to us in full within a week of moving out. Best landlord experience I've had and would highly recommend !

This was the best experience I have ever had with a landlord. Winnie and her team were so responsive to any issues and we were able to rent a wonderful property at a fair price. We moved states otherwise would have continued to rent with 7rent.

Winnie and her team were responsive and kind throughout my two years of renting with them. Maintenance was always prompt when requested. Winnie would respond to any concern/question of mine by the end of the day typically, and always put effort toward ensuring a positive experience for me.
