Winnie and her 7rent team exceeded expectations. They are fast responding and will handle whatever needs to be addressed immediately. The property was well kept and was in a great location. My roommate and I stayed for 3 years and are sad to leave. I could not recommend them enough!

Great experience renting from Winnie and her team over the last 3 years! She was always quick to respond to any sort of issues and questions. Easily the best rental company I’ve worked with in Columbus. Highly recommend!

Any maintenance issues that popped up were fixed almost immediately and it wasn’t some on going thing trying to temporarily fix things she just replaced anything that was needed immediately. The house was extremely extremely clean when moving in. The open communication with the landlord was nice too and made things much easier. And any maintenance people that needed to come were always very nice and respectful of our home. Can’t say enough good things. 7rent definitely takes pride i... read more
