Working with Winnie through 7rent was simple and convenient. The apartment was a lovely place for my daughter to live the last two years of undergrad. I felt she was very safe there. Winnie is a wonderful landlord and takes great care of her properties and tenants.
Best apartment choice I made near OSU! I lived here for two years and it was easily the best off-campus housing experience I had near Ohio State University. The location was perfect — just a quick walk or short bike ride to The Oval, Ohio Stadium, and the restaurants and shops along High Street. Great experience renting from Winnie and her team over the last 3 years! She was always quick to respond to any sort of issues and questions. Easily the best rental company I’ve worked with in Columbus. Highly recommend!
We had a very good experience with 7rent. Any maintenance issues that popped up were fixed almost immediately and it wasn’t some on going thing trying to temporarily fix things she just replaced anything that was needed immediately. The house was extremely extremely clean when moving in. The open communication with the landlord was nice too and made things much easier.
