We had 4 steers butchered here. The facility is top notch, the staff were very helpful, the packaging was great. We only had one complaint, there were bone chips in our hamburger meat. Not just in our hamburger meat, but we sold steers to 5 people. Everyone has reported to us that they have found bone fragments in their hamburger meat. We called to make them aware of the problem, the owner was to call us back but we never heard from them.
I love steak but these steaks were a whole new level of GREAT! Best New York Strips I have ever ate. I will be back for more. Everyone needs to check this place out.
Best butcher / processor I’ve ever used, and I’ve used several.
We had a cow processed here. The owner's are absolutely fabulous. Their cuts are amazing! These guys really know what they are doing!
