If I could do -100/100 stars I would. 1 star is far too kind. The first day they were supposed to come out, they completely ghosted me despite me checking up on them for an ETA. I should’ve just cancelled right then and there but I tried to give them a chance. Well, 2 guys come out, 1 is supposedly in training and he was sweet. The other told me he was charging me by the hour and the proceeded to talk to me for several hours about his personal issues. For back up power to our home we purchased from 7M Fabrication a Cummins Model C3N6 Quiet Connect Generator. Doing business with Juston and his professional staff at 7M is a pleasure. The generator is quiet to begin with (60 decibels @ 23 feet) and Juston installed it on the opposite side of our garage. When running it cannot be heard inside the house. Been scheduled (2 weeks out on each scheduling) and they still have not showed up. The first time they called at 4:50 pm to cancel the day of the appt. Today's appointment they never even called! Sorriest Customer Service ever! I even called the owner, Justom Martin, and he has not bothered to call me back.

They charge significantly more (2-3x) than the other HVAC technicians in town. To their credit, the work did meet expectations and they showed up the day after I called, so the service itself was good quality. However, I cannot recommend them unless it's an emergency because the value for money just isn't there. I had decided to trial the different companies in town at different locations and 7M charged me over $850 for something that two other businesses would have charged

We highly recommend the work of 7M Fabrication. Justin did a very good job initially explaining his recommendation for updating our air conditioning/heating requirements without pushing more than we need. His taking time drive out to introduce the men doing the work demonstrated high customer service. We were impressed with the quality and care exhibited by the men who installed the unit.
