My experience at this CF was great. The owner and the morning group were very welcoming. The owner, also the trainer, did a great job warming us up and reviewing the movements. She inspected our form, which I appreciate it. Very attentive. Honestly, I wish I could've taken more classes here. Thank you, 7K!
