Clean gym and very welcoming to drop ins. Went twice during my stay. Will definitely drop in again next time I’m in town. Thanks for the workouts!

The people here are extremely kind and welcoming to me and my kiddos. Carrie is so helpful and kind. This is also probably one of the cleanest CrossFit gyms I’ve been to. I am so thankful to have a great gym to attend while I’m in town for the summer.

James the owner was so accommodating to me and my baby while I worked out! It was the one thing I wanted from the vacation and it was so nice to get a workout. I highly recommend 7K!

My experience at this CF was great. The owner and the morning group were very welcoming. The owner, also the trainer, did a great job warming us up and reviewing the movements. She inspected our form, which I appreciate it. Very attentive. Honestly, I wish I could've taken more classes here. Thank you, 7K!
