I’ve enjoyed living here, but I was really frustrated by the lease renewal policy. I chose not to renew because I didn’t plan to stay—but instead of ending the lease, they automatically moved me to a month-to-month plan with higher rent unless I gave 60 days’ notice. That feels like a sneaky way to make extra money. Not renewing the lease should clearly signal I’m leaving. Policies like this leave a bad impression after an otherwise good experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with InkBlock’s leasing office and concierge. I was assured that I could take a self-guided tour after work hours without a reservation. However, when I arrived, there was no concierge available to assist me - even though they are supposed to be available 24/7. To make matters worse, when I called the provided number, the off-site team gave me conflicting information, stating that a reservation was actually required. Been living here for awhile. So I've seen a good bit of this place. One real negative is that they charge you close to 1500 if you want to switch apartments or if you are in a roommate situation. Also they will pick your roommate even if you did not want that person to move in.
