Honestly if I had the option of choosing no stars THAT is what I would rank this business. PLEASE beware! This business is ran by a con man. I made a down payment for an event that I was hosting on a Saturday. I checked in with Dewan on Wednesday to ask if all things were good. He replied that everything was good. Then on Friday with less than 12 hours, he (Dewan) called and said that his equipment was damaged. I requested a refund and I have yet to be reimbursed-- that was 2 weeks ago! Unacceptable behavior by hired DJ. I paid for a service, but the individual left for two hours during the event and returned intoxicated. When I asked him to leave my home, he refused. Despite multiple requests, he remained inside until my friends had to physically escort him out. The entire incident is documented on video.
Do not use this company. They steal & lie. Was paid for a job but worker disappeared for 2 hours and came back drunk, asked the gentleman to leave my house and wouldn’t. Was offered a refund but never got it. Have everything on recording.
Awesome team to work with and they do a lot of events for us. Thank you Dewan and Sonya for your excellent and prompt...dedicated service..
