Misty and Divya were so helpful getting me into my first apartment! It was such a smooth process and they are so kind. Very safe and clean community
I understood and accepted the early termination fees associated with ending my lease early. However, the $400 move-out cleaning charge is excessive and difficult to justify given the overall condition and experience I had while living in this unit. When I moved in, the apartment was not properly prepared or move-in ready. I am having a pleasant experience living here the staff works hard at keeping the property beautiful and maintaining the buildings. Misty and Divya in the office are great and any issues I’ve had have been resolved quickly. Thanks for taking care of me and my family.
The place is quiet and small. It's a good spot for families. Divya and Misty do a wonderful job helping you out. The maintenance guys are fast, faster than any other place I've been. I don't have any complaints.
I lived at 7970 Grand for more than 6 years and I can say for a fact it became a good home for us. When Misty joined the team she instantly became a blessing for the complex. She approached every problem with grace and firmness. All the people who have joined the 7970 team since have been great and you could always feel they genuinely care. I’d recommend 7970 Grand to anyone. Great place! Wonderful people!
