I love it here. The community is very family oriented. Upon move in, my neighbors were very welcoming. The application process was very smooth and straightforward. Misty and Divya were helpful and generous during move in day.
UPDATE: Please forgive the previous rating. I Prematurely and emotionally wrote a negative review of 7970 Grand. Let me first off start by saying Misty the apartment manager is one of the most sweetest, kindest, family oriented, warm, and genuine person I have ever met. She is extremely kind and goes above and beyond for her residents. She will do her best to work with you and she is extremely patient. Misty truly puts her heart into her job and you can tell. I live there for almost 4 1/2 years I gave a 60 day Notice letting them know I will be moving out. I received all my final statement a month-to-month when that is definitely incorrect! Very unethical.
Now that I have officially received my move out email… My rating remains a one star. A bunch of miscellaneous charges. There are better properties in Richmond, Texas That don’t bill you for unnecessary things such as month-to-month when you’ve already given a 60 day notice.
