My experience staying here has been unpleasant, the manager to the apartments, which is Misty, is so unprofessional and does not have the proper etiquette to be dealing with people. She's always trying to get into people's business & is really rude when being approached or seen by her. She does not need to be manager if she's always having a nasty attitude on her. You can smell the cigarette smell on her just by talking to her, it's so disgusting. The area manager needs to fire her. do NOT move into these apartments.
As someone who dots every I, and crosses every T, I must acknowledge that this apartment meets every expectation and standard. While they have a great member of staff including the administrative and maintenance teams, I must particularly acknowledge Divya, what an awesome leasing manager she is, her great attitude, positive demeanour and going above and beyond per time gets me over and over, so much that I have to do this review. I love it here. The community is very family oriented. Upon move in, my neighbors were very welcoming. The application process was very smooth and straightforward. Misty and Divya were helpful and generous during move in day.
UPDATE: Please forgive the previous rating. I Prematurely and emotionally wrote a negative review of 7970 Grand. Let me first off start by saying Misty the apartment manager is one of the most sweetest, kindest, family oriented, warm, and genuine person I have ever met. She is extremely kind and goes above and beyond for her residents. She will do her best to work with you and she is extremely patient. Misty truly puts her heart into her job and you can tell.
