Good location in city. Walls are VERY thin and any sound/discussions/music are instantly heard, especially if you have loud neighbors (I did). Would not live here again.
Went to view this apartment with my daughter. Met with the leasing rep. Upon entering the building there was a terrible stench. Worst on the lower floors but smelled throughout. We spent about 15 min. Looking at two apartments. I became unwell and looked for mold as I’m sensitive to it. There were cracks under each bedroom window. He explained rain would hit it and bricks are not water proof.... seriously! Being talked to as if I’m dumb was so insulting! At 58 I know about bricks!
