Adam was very professional and friendly and responded to my urgent electrical issue within an hour. It was great to have an estimate on the potential costs before arriving to complete the work. Adam's experience with diagnosing the fault was outstanding, he's attention to detail and safety was excellent! From the very start, they were completely transparent about the work involved, pricing, and timeframes – no hidden surprises. Adam is an excellent electrician who takes time to listen to the customer and then proceeds to diagnose. During a late night call out, was very friendly, prompt, approachable and professional.
