I’ve lived here a little over a year. The apartments are really nice and reasonably priced for the area. Only issue is I’ve now had 7 packages go missing that were marked “delivered”. I’ve informed management about it a few times now and they’ve told me there’s nothing they can do about it. For how nice the buildings are, they should install cameras in the lobbies. It’s crazy that I can’t even order items to my own home anymore.

The postal services (USPS, FED EX, UPS) leave packages in unattended hallways instead of bring them to the package room. I’ve lost thousands of dollars in packages due to this problem. Needs to be rectified.

I lived there for almost 3years. Let me just start by saying how amazing the maintenance office guys are. And Steve the manager. Five STARR. Never had an issue, any problem was resolved right way... thank you for everything Steve. Love love, I lived at 528 East 79th 3g Thank you Highly recommend this place

I have lived here for almost a year, and I have nothing but good things to say. Excellent location with easy access to restaurants, gyms, and a half-hour commute downtown. My apartment is comfortable and quiet (!) with large windows, a lovely kitchen, and plenty of light for my plants. I have more than enough room for a bed, couch, and desk, and cooking meals is a breeze. For a studio, I'm shocked with how spacious and pleasant everything feels. Wood floors, two closets, and a space for my microwave? Can't ask for much more ... read more
