Amazing building and management! Jennifer is very friendly and quick to respond to any requests. The building is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location that feels very safe. Definitely recommend this place!

Jennifer Cood here at 777 Tenn is absolutely the best of the best I have ever met. She's not only a kind sweetheart, but super dedicated. She has helped me NUMEROUS times with countless issues I have encountered during my stay, and has always been very patient with me, attentive, knowledgeable, responsive, helpful and super friendly. The apartment complex itself is clean and well-maintained. Neighborhood is also great. No complaints! Would highly recommend, especially if you’re new to the city.
