The owner came by our house for an estimate when we were away. While walking around outside of our house, he noticed that he heard water and called immediately. Turns out that we had a burst pipe and weren’t going to be around for a while. He was only there for an estimate And wound up being able to turn off our water so we could call our plumber and save us a lot of water damage. He cleaned up the entire mess before my property manager was able to get there to clean it. We can’t thank him enough.

I hired 777 by Design to paint the trim in a rental. He did an amazing job. He was there when he said he would be there and finished the job in the timeframe he told me it would be done. The tenant was happy as this painting job did not disrupt her life and we all were highly satisfied with the job done! Would highly recommend

We bought an almost 100 year old house and Gerad made it look fresh and clean while keeping the charm of the old home. Gered treated our new home as if it was his own, with remarkable attention to detail. He worked well with the other contractors working on the house and understands the value of communication.
