Shayan and InterRent has been such a great experience. Not only did they allow me to move in a bit earlier because of my schedule, but Shayan and the team has been very attentive to my needs. There was an issue with the fridge, but they accommodated me in a very timely manner. Great service, great follow ups and communication, and overal great place to live. I would recommend renting with InterRent based off my experience with Shayan.
I got a notice April 15 when I got home from work at 6pm, dated March 7 stating our fire escapes will be painted starting March 7 at 8am. I brought it to their attention, they stated the work will take 2-3 weeks depending on the weather. I actually had to point out that March ended 2 weeks ago and we are getting notice of work after it was completed. I was told "I completely agree with you, this is unacceptable. This is a really lovely building and everyone has been so welcoming. Shayan has been awesome with handling our move in! The maintenance guy is really nice and helps us with our concerns. He helped fix the fridge and is quick to address our window problem. But unfortunately, since me and my boyfriend moved in, there has been lack of communication from Inter rent.
