the tall skinny guy who did my nails here at this nail shop was so rude and he snatched my credit card out of my hand and swiped it before I even got my nails done and he did a terrible job. I asked him for French tips and he charged me $37 and I can see my actual nails through the “Natural look” as he claimed it was supposed to be. Honestly it wasn’t the worst experience but it DEFINITELY needs improvement. The nail tech was super polite and friendly. BUT I’m not happy with the quality of the work. Felt a bit rushed. The acrylic isn’t even over the whole nail so it looks like it’s growing out and it’s only been two days. The tips are not symmetrical or matching the next. Air bubbles in the gel that just ruin the look. It was cheap though. $40. Even though the price was changed several times throughout the time it took just to get the tips on. But you g... read more

I got a fill in on 2/24/2024, today is 2/26/2024 & this is how my nails look! My nail tech cut my finger & I felt rushed! I will never get services from here again !

I came in on Saturday with my own personal polish for my toes/The pedi was $18, and the mani was $21 plus a dollar for using a credit card. That totals $39, But I got gel polish on my nails, so the total went to $46 fine. But why is the gel polish peeling off my nails? I want both hands redone, or I will stop payment on my credit card. I returned today, 9/25/23, for my gel manicure to be done correctly. Yup! I had to stop payment 💸. Never again will I trust Five Points ever, ever.
