It's more like a car wash than a condominium... Every time I am driving down to park my car I noticed a different car being washed... When I asked the concierge if all these cars are belong to this building? he said No we get cars from other buildings as well... And I also asked him, if they are paying for the water and the hydro they are using separately or if they are using the building water and the hydro he said no they are not paying for anything...
