Very lovely staff and maintenance folks, and very nice apartment and decent deal considering the market and everything. Will just caution people if you pay for the outside parking lot that they do not have enough cameras to catch if your car gets hit there, and despite paying good money per month in parking fees there was nothing they could do to help with my car damages after someone else hit my car.
We've lived at 77 Prospect for 7 years, and while the maintenance staff—especially Louis—has been great and responsive, the property management is terrible. Carol, in particular, has ignored our emails since August, even when we tried to break the lease due to unresolved issues. For over 9 months, we’ve had a broken A/C unit in the living room, with no action taken despite multiple requests. The lack of communication from management is frustrating and unprofessional. We moved here a little over a year ago and are happily renewing our lease. There are really no downsides of this building except for the fact that it doesn't have many amenities (other than a gym), a fact that the leasing staff are very upfront about from the start. Honestly I kind of prefer it that way. Because then you know that your money isn't going to maintaining amenities just for show like a lot of the apartment complexes around here do.
