Rodents! (Infested)
Heating has been inconsistent for months, with documented temperatures in the low 60s even during winter. After repeated emails and maintenance visits, the issue was not permanently resolved. Very disappointing experience with property management and lack of communication. Outdated gym and minimal amenities. Maintenance staff is great. Management team is horrendous. Not worth the price. Would not recommend this property.
Long review incoming: While there are positives, I’m having a hard time recommending this building due to ongoing temperature control and management issues. The maintenance team is wonderful. Donaldo and his team are responsive, professional, and do a great job keeping the building clean and well maintained, including the lobby and package room.
