Rodents! (Infested)
Heating has been inconsistent for months, with documented temperatures in the low 60s even during winter. After repeated emails and maintenance visits, the issue was not permanently resolved. Very disappointing experience with property management and lack of communication. Outdated gym and minimal amenities. Maintenance staff is great. Management team is horrendous. Not worth the price. Would not recommend this property.
Long review incoming: While there are positives, I’m having a hard time recommending this building due to ongoing temperature control and management issues. The maintenance team is wonderful. Donaldo and his team are responsive, professional, and do a great job keeping the building clean and well maintained, including the lobby and package room. Great management and the renovated apartments are great
Dealing with the management company was easy and straightforward. I’m looking forward to living there. Everything seems well maintained and managed. Edited: We moved out after 2 years. Management was great upon move-in, but almost impossible to deal with while we lived there. We had no heat, which management refused to admit, and then when they finally agreed to fix it the solution was a cardboard barrier that we then could not remove when the weather turned warm. 12th floor had almost no water pressure.
