Basil was extremely helpful and very patient and courteous throughout our move in process and very efficient with our repairs after move in
We recently toured the rentals at 765 Browns Line with Basil from the leasing team. We didn't end up applying because we decided to move to another part of town for work-related reasons, but overall, had a positive experience. Basil was very helpful right from the beginning, answering calls promptly and helping us schedule the tour. On the tour, he showed up exactly on time and answered all our questions about the apartment and the neighborhood.
