We recently toured the rentals at 765 Browns Line with Basil from the leasing team. We didn't end up applying because we decided to move to another part of town for work-related reasons, but overall, had a positive experience. Basil was very helpful right from the beginning, answering calls promptly and helping us schedule the tour.
