If you like having hot water ever, move somewhere else. No matter what time of day is it, you attempt to take a shower and you might get lucky and have 3 full minutes of hot water. Horrible, horrible water system and after over a year here it's still not fixed.
Cogir is a horrible corporation. I gave 30 days notice that I wasn’t going to be moving in to an apartment With them. They refuse to give me back my last months rent deposit without having to go to the landlord tenant board. I would never recommend Cogir.
I have kept recorded as well this is my personal views........ Hopefully much good change will come... rents fair don't agree with parking all units should include parking see we pay of hydro would be nice if we had a proper cleaner as well some staff have little respect for tenant or confidential. As well talks to other tenants about others including what Management tells her. Waited 11+ month's for appliances... Apt wasn't fully painted.. cracks in ceiling... Smell of marijuana from lower neighbors, loude music from above.... read more
They give apartment when we go there nobody is there to show the apartment. We tried to call and message to office so many time but no replay. We tried 4 hours to reach there . Felt very bad.
Had a wonderful experience viewing an apartment yesterday afternoon. Super easy process to book a viewing online, and met with Brandon Beaudin. Brandon was super welcoming and felt like as if you’ve known him forever! Explained everything in detail and made the process super easy! Communication is key when renting an apartment and there is tons of communication with Brandon and he is super easy to get a hold of!
