The pharmacy was doing great. The curb side pickup was working great. What happened? Went there today and one person was taking the information and one person was delivering the prescriptions, one at a time. Took over an hour only to find out my prescriptions were not ready. The Doctor called them in on Friday and not ready Tuesday. I am so tired of not being able to bring my child with me to a doctor's appointment. I work, my husband works from home and we DON'T have child care for our 3 yr old son. I have to take leave anytime my husband to needs to visit his PCM on-base. But any time he has to see a doctor off-base, he takes our son with him and I stay at work. What makes the base so special that children aren't allowed unless they are sick?
I have been here for a year and have really had wonderful service. I love my PCM, the nurses are always so fast and courteous. Everyone there is just fantastic. I have never had a problem getting an appointment with in an appropriate time frame, and never a long wait! I appreciate everyone there, thank you all for everything you do!
