I'm sorry to hear the ugly stories sometimes. I've had nothing but REALISTIC expectations and I'm satisfied with how they do buisiness. I'm not sure on the receptionist guy watching videos that doesn't have to do with my quality of care then again I nvr had those issues.
Very friendly staff and excellent physician. Very easy to communicate with staff and the physician and looks out for me. Staff is very good with follow up care and accomodations for scheduling appointments.
Called me at 7pm the night before my appointment to cancel and reschedule for the following week. Made me take off unpaid to go to this appointment. Show up on time and they are 45 minutes late. This place is a joke. Dude that works as a receptionist was just lounging around watching movies when I arrived.
