This experience was incredibly frustrating. I was referred to 757 Endodontics because I was experiencing severe pain in a tooth that had already received a root canal. The Newport News office couldn't see me for several days, so I called the Chesapeake office and was able to get an appointment the next day. Although my appointment was at 1:30 p.m., I wasn't seen until around 2:45 p.m. I explained that I was there specifically for the 3D CBCT scan because my general dentist's X-rays didn't provide enough information. They were able to get me scheduled quickly! Everyone was extremely kind, especially the doctor.
I had an outstanding experience at 757 Endodontics! Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease. Especially Jack! Dr. Dodson was knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the entire procedure much less stressful than I expected, not to mention the jokes.
