I was introduced to this clinic by a close friend, and I’m so glad I found it. The reception staff are friendly and professional, making each visit pleasant from the start. Dr. Jason is highly knowledgeable and patient. Unlike some GPs who rush to prescribe medication, he genuinely cares about his patients' well-being. He takes the time to listen and offers thoughtful advice tailored to individual needs. Even though I live 20 minutes away, I plan to continue coming here because of the excellent care and service.
Been going here since it opened never had any issues with staff or doctors they also now have there own pharmacy at this clinic very convenient very quick service please don’t hesitate to use
Was good but no more.. I received an invoice in text msg in Jan 2025 for visit I made back in Oct 2024 . I was never mentioned I've an outstanding invoice in my following visits in 2024. When I called reception to check if invoice is legit, they were also confused about the invoice intially .If there is a legit outstanding invoice, I wouldn't have been allowed to see doctors again in November. After I said I need more details on why I'm getting an invoice now, then receptionist started threatening me that I can't see any doc... read more
Good and experienced doctors.Now, Medplus pharmacy is onsite and open for 7 days a week from 9 AM till 7 PM.
Horrible experience with reception, doctors are great but staff has no respect for patients. Not a place for families, my little one was left traumatised. Strongly advise to avoid, I wish I did.
