I didn't have any work performed by 7522 but he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful over the phone when I asked about issues with me car. He was very honest and not just trying to get money or upsell.
Mike and the whole team are absolute professionals. But it goes beyond that. They are kind and considerate, genuinely treating their clientele with respect and clarity. I had total engine failure, and they took care of me every step of the way. They replaced the engine and got my beloved RAV4 running like a dream. They went above and beyond in making sure I was taken care of during my time without a vehicle. I will be a customer for life after such a wonderful experience. You won’t find better in all of Estes Park!!
We are part-time residents in Estes Park. We have a 2010 Chevrolet Silverado which we depend on while we're here to haul water. We began having "engine warning" signals and a rough ride. The Chevrolet dealership in Longmont suggested we needed a new engine.😬 Called 7522, Mike made time for us to come in, ran diagnostics and told us all we needed were new spark plugs! Mike was thorough, informative, friendly, and fair. He had us back in great shape in less than 3 hours! We'd highly recommend Mike and 7522 Automotive!
