Not sure why it has such a bad rating but it’s probably the service you get from this place, however I will say the burger was good. I don’t get why there’s a review stating it taste like Burger King, when it’s just a burger. Their desert was fire

What hotel doesn't offer lunch or any coffee service. No water in lobby.
Loved my lychee martini . Used our $36/night Diamond member food credit. Ordered the turkey club, garlic Parmesan wings, and the apple tart dessert...on different nights though. Everything we had was great.
I ate breakfast and dinner here 3 days in a row. The food and drinks were good. Service was excellent, especially Sharon the bartender and Houari(?) the waiter. Both were super friendly and helpful. The waiter even remembered my room number the second day.
