I just moved to Cleveland and living here has absolutely helped with my whole transition process. Diana and Candace made my moving experience so easy and effortlessly. They took great care of me during my move and they continue to do so. James the maintenance man is super nice and helpful. Security is extremely friendly and they go above and beyond as much as the leasing office. The ladies that clean the building do a great job and are nice. I truly appreciate everyone here and how comfortable they make me feel.
75 is without a doubt the jewel of downtown Cleveland. If you are considering living downtown, I would start here. I've lived other places, and had some dealings with just about every other management team, and 75 has been the absolute best of the best. The apartments are so nice, quiet, and modern. It's a little thing, but the washers here are really good. I recently had surgery and had to do a ton of laundry and everything came out pristine. Diana takes pride in making sure the residents are taken care of. The staff is awesome, good management is hard to come by - I'm going to miss them :)
I’ve lived here for three months and couldn’t be happier. The apartment is quiet, clean, and very well maintained. Diana, the property manager, is always responsive and genuinely happy to help with anything that comes up. James, the maintenance technician, is friendly, quick to respond, and does great work. Overall, it’s been a fantastic experience living here — highly recommend!
