I lived here for one year and am just now leaving this review. This place was awesome! The common areas were always clean, if there were any issues within my unit or in the building they were quickly addressed and the management team always did a great job of communicating when there would be services happening like window cleaning and fire alarm drills. Just moved in this past weekend and the building is great. From the tour to move-in, Diana was incredibly helpful and made the experience easy. Highly recommend 75 Public Square to anyone considering it.
Diana was BY FAR the most professional tour we had during our search here in Cleveland. My Husband and I appreciated her time, responsiveness and patience. We didn't end up moving here due to our spacing needs, but we HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful apartment in the city, with amazing amenities and attentive staff. It honestly felt like an emotional breakup with Diana and the building. I'm still sad about it. Make sure you request Diana when you book your tour here. You WON'T be disappointed!
I just recently moved into 75 Public Square and I have to say I am very comfortable. The building is amazing and very well kept and my unit was clean upon move in. Diana is very friendly and professional and whenever I have questions, she’s answered them without irritation. Just moved in a few weeks ago, but wanted to take a quick minute to provide a review because the service at this apartment has been impeccable. From the very first visit with Deborah showing me the apartment and Diana showing the property again to me, and my son and daughter-in-law. They worked diligently to get my lease ready while I was visiting Ohio from Florida in time for my move in September.
