Even giving a 1 star at this point is to much Very disappointing experience with this building overall. The lady in the office is extremely disrespectful and does not know how to speak to people professionally. She also seems to misunderstand tenant rights and how proper procedures are supposed to work, which makes dealing with management frustrating and uncomfortable. Run far away from this building you’ve been warned. Between the bed bugs, cockroaches, dirty conditions, and rude management, living here has become a nightmare. The worst part is paying high rent just to deal with constant problems and disrespect from management. This place is seriously not worth it.
This building has gone downhill badly since Cogir took over. The office staff are rude, dismissive, and never seem to help with anything. The building is dirty, elevators are constantly filthy, and tenant concerns are ignored. Even trying to contact head office gets nowhere because nobody calls back. I would not recommend living here.
