I would like to file a complaint about the exit leading to the building garden near our apartment. There is constantly dog waste and a strong unpleasant smell in this area. This has become so bad that we can no longer properly access our home entrance. Immediate action is needed: either prevent dogs from using this exit for this purpose or make it a separate designated entrance. Otherwise, we will escalate this issue with a formal complaint.
I lived in 75 Eastdale for 2 years under Capriet management and moved to Townhouse under Cogir management and I can say that the building is much more cleaner and organized now than prior management. I have been living in the building for 16th years. In the past,past the building was neglected and often appeared very dirty . Since the new manager was hired, there has been a signifivant improvmrnt. the manager and her team work closely together to ensure building clean and well-maintained. I been living in 75 Eastdale, the building is very clean and the building staff is very helpful and friendly. When I was visiting the building, Indah is very friendly and passionate.she was explaining and guiding the paperwork for me to feeling up the paperwork. Is very difficult for me for finish the online application. Thanks to her that I finished and moving to this nice building. The maintenance person also taking care the work order quickly. Thank you.
