**UPDATE: Since their repair, our monthly electric usage has drastically increased, paying >$100 more per month at the same rate. Makes me think they didn’t seal the unit well. The whole time it felt like they were trying to scam us! Our A/C was running but not keeping up. The evaporator coil was bad, but under warranty. Kenny’s team uninstalled the part WITHOUT checking that the replacement was in stock.
