I had maintenance done today on my heating and cooling system. Flavio was the tech who came. He was on time and polite. He explained everything he did. It was necessary to make a repair, I got a quote and agreed. He fixed it there and then. We tested everything and everything worked perfectly. Dealing with 74 Degrees staff was pleasant. Customer service is great. I’m very happy with them and Flavio.
The entire team at 74 Degrees have been incredible. Very much appreciate their efforts. My home HVAC system is complicated with Dakin split units and these guys have been able to master the install, maintenance and repair of the entire system.
