Flavio from 74 Degrees came to do an annual service on our HVAC system. After the service, we could instantly feel the air conditioning working better. Flavio is extremely pleasant and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. He gave us some very helpful tips on getting through the summer with a functioning system.
After having two other HVAC companies come out, I was told my 10+ year-old system needed to be completely replaced. Neither company took the time to properly troubleshoot or diagnose the issue they simply recommended a new system and quoted me nearly $20,000 for the installation. Flavio serviced our system. He was courteous and professional throughout, and went above and beyond to address everything he found. The office staff were polite and prompt. We would certainly use 74 Degrees again.
