Silvia and Anatol are great managers
The apartment is a good size and the view is okay. The building manager is incredibly helpful and always there when you need assistance. I stayed for one year and had no major issues during my time there.
The building need more attention from MetCap, but the management is great, Silvia is one of the best managers I've seen, the building is very well located surrounded by everything you need.
We had a great experience living in the building. Silvia has been an amazing building manager, very on top of everything and very responsive to any building needs.
Very lovely building with good management, definitely recommend to any renters seeking a stable home!
