We were extremely satisfied with renting this property. Working with Silvia and Anatol was an absolute pleasure – they are true professionals: attentive, always ready to help, and dedicated to making residents feel comfortable. Whenever any technical issues arose, they were resolved immediately. We felt completely safe, the property was always clean and cozy, and everything worked perfectly. We rented this place year after year because we simply didn’t want to leave. We can wholeheartedly recommend this property!
Wonderful experience so far! We decided to stay in the building and upgrade to a bigger unit. Silvia is wonderful to work with as well!
We loved living here. It is central to everywhere and a mere few minutes walk from the New West SkyTrain. Also, Sylvia was great the entire time we lived there. From move in to move out, she was fantastic. If we hadn't bought a condo we would still be living there. 5/5
We loved living here and would have stayed had we not bought a condo. Sylvia (the manager) is awesome, we never struggled to get in contact with her or to get help. The place was quiet, neighbours friendly, and they accept big dogs. Would definitely recommend this place.
