Silvia is the best building manager we've ever had. Always very nice and solved our issues very quickly. All urgent maintenance was done the same day and non-urgent either the same day or the next.
My mother and I have lived here for almost 20 years. Now we have moved back here and everything feels so familiar and comfort.
silvia & anatol are such incredible landlords. they try their hardest to keep the building running smoothly and are just so so kind. i’m so grateful they took over and to have met them!! Thank you so much for all you do. They made my living experience at this building so enjoyable. they will be missed dearly!!
