Good Solid Neighborhood Staple – I've been here many times and I'm shocked at the bad reviews I've read. I love this restaurant, not because it's the absolute BEST food I've had or the service is the absolute BEST, but everything is good. I've never had a dish, I haven't been pleased with. They have a good menu with a variety of tasty dishes. The price is affordable and I can always find something that sounds good. The staff is friendly, attentive, and I've never had BAD service. The eggs bennedict on the brunch menu is the ... read more

Bonnie Brae GEM!!!!!!!!! Excellent - all around. – Best neighborhood restuarant in Denver. I love it, my kids love it, my lady loves it, my parents love it. Great all-around restaurant. Owned now by one of Colorado's premier restauranteurs. Cannot go wrong. Weekends recommended - especially Sunday brunch.

The Bonnie Brae Applebee's – My husband and I tried out Seven 30 South during restaurant week. The service was so/so and so was the food. It felt like an Applebee's minus the flair. Our drinks were pretty slow coming and in general the ambience and people lacked personality. The rigatoni was something like I threw together in college with frozen peas and all. The bread pudding was pretty bad and the portion was so massive, I felt like it was a bad batch they were trying to get rid of. It wasn't such a horrible experience tha... read more

Best neighborhood restaurant EVER – From the amazing bar staff to the wonderful and personable mangers and owner, I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been a regular for SO long and don't plan on stopping! They have amazing happy hour specials and its a great place for a date night! Can't say enough good things about this place. The person who reviewed this place bad, must have it confused with somewhere else! Also a GREAT girls evening out place!

DATE SPOT – This quaint little spot on So. University is a great "date night" spot for Mr & Mrs Food Snob. Last visit, the tomato basil soup, crab and lobster wontons and the lightly breaded and pan seared Talapia was just right. This place is an easy stop for a quiet, romantic, light, neighborhood meal with your best friend. The deserts are always good, but..... and they probably wont like my telling this, but .... the ice cream across the street is very nice after dinner.

This cozy, comfortable bistro serves respectable American and Southwestern-influenced dishes in a welcoming setting. – In Short The former home of a French-style chain, the house has been tweaked into a wonderful brick and cherry wood space with plenty of soul and elbow room between each table and booth. Dinner regulars include families and twentysomething hipsters from the surrounding Bonnie Brae, along with a number of senior citizens. The menu includes steaks ranging from standard grilled cuts to Jamaican jerked and bourb... read more

The best restaurant in town – I have been eating at this cozy neighborhood bistro for years and have never had anything but great food and service. There is always plenty of on street parking in the neighborhood, The prices are great and the portions are big. Bonnie Brae is lucky to have this non-chain gem in the neighborhood. You can eat here for any occasion, business, date or family.

This place was horrible! – I came here on a Sunday morning for brunch with my boyfriend. Well we were seated promptly, but that's where all the good things ended. Our waiter was a complete idiot, and after waiting for 15 minutes for drinks, we were heated. The owner was walking around talking to every table, but skipped over ours. I think he knew that we were upset, but he didn't seem to care. It took 20 minutes to get our bill, and we wanted to walk out without paying because it wasn't even worth 2 cents. Our waiter did not... read more

Quiet Evening – Great place for parents to come with or without the kids and have a friendly, quiet (really!), classy meal in a pleasant atmosphere for a reasonable price. Very Bonnie Brae but not too much of Wash Park. Food is "ok" but has improved since their newest chef a couple of years back. The Bar is great for an evening drink while the kids are still with the sitter. Enjoy it. It's classy and not pretentious.
